" I get distracted very easily and have a very short attention span. I am currently preparing for NID exam. What are the things that we should prepare (before 15 days of the NID exam) for cracking the NID entrance exam?"

Hello,

Don’t you think 15 Days is quite a short span to prepare for NID?

But, of course, if you are referring to some last minute action plan; Here you are:

Time to Wake Up – A Calendar and a Diary is a must

What’s important – Set your priorities. Once you have your goal in front of you and know what is important for the next 15 days, you will be alert.

Short Study Span – As you are easily distracted, set short study plans but make your breaks short as well, the more breaks you take the more distracted you will get. Try some kind of motivation, like changing your study space, keeping the window closed or behind your if possible, etc.

Meditation: Meditation r simple yoga regime might help, under professional guidance for optimum result.

Ample amount of Sleep: Important to sleep but only when its time to sleep, that is in the night. Do not sleep while studying this will not only be wastage of time but will also make you more distracted.

Hope the suggestion helps!
