Keeping it very simple, as you have already presented your desire of working abroad as an Architect, then you can surely opt for doing both your B.Arch and M.Arch from overseas, especially if possible in the country where you prefer to work.

But considering the financial factor as well as the quality of education, completing your B.Arch from India might be a good option as there are numerous reputed institutes here, though you have to qualify the Entrance Exams.

And once you complete your B.Arch Course, the various possibilities that might open up for you are:

1. You Yourself Apply for Scholarships and start applying for Institutes to complete your M.Arch

2. Apply for internships in companies in your preferred country and simultaneously apply for institute to complete your M.Arch

3. If you are lucky enough, during your campus selections, if you can land up a company with overseas subsidiaries, also looking for candidates seeking to move abroad.

And what more to ask if that particular company even offers you a scholarship as well.
