I have just graduated with a Bachelors in Graphic Design. I am confused whether to pursue my masters abroad or in India. Is NID in India as good as foreign universities like Brunel, Loughborough, or Nottingham Trent in the UK for studying design at the PG level?

Hello,

          Congratulations on your graduation!

Pursuing a Master's degree in Graphic Design can certainly enhance your skills and advance your career. It's understandable that you're considering both domestic and international options, and it's a decision that requires careful consideration.

The National Institute of Design (NID) in India is a prestigious institution for design education in the country, and it has a good reputation in the design industry. NID offers a Master's degree in Graphic Design that is well-regarded, and many of its alumni have gone on to successful careers in the field.

However, if you're considering international options, there are several universities in the UK that offer excellent Master's programs in Graphic Design, such as Brunel, Loughborough, and Nottingham Trent, as you mentioned. These universities are well-known for their design programs and have a strong reputation in the industry.

Ultimately, the decision to pursue your Master's degree in India or abroad depends on your individual preferences and career goals. If you're interested in pursuing a career in India after graduation, a Master's degree from NID may provide valuable connections and industry exposure in the country. On the other hand, if you're looking to work abroad or in a multinational company, a Master's degree from an international university may provide you.
