No, after the candidate pays the counseling fee, the Institute is not bound to refund the counseling charges. Therefore, if the candidate has confirmed their admission, they must pay the seat acceptance or token fee. Also keep in mind that a candidate is only required to pay the token fees if a seat has been assigned to them. Additionally, the seat allocation will be revoked if the candidate does not pay the token fees. The remaining vacant seats will subsequently be filled at the subsequent round of counseling.
