The National Institute of Design (NID) conducts NID Entrance Exam to shortlist aspirants for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate guides offered through NID campuses and other private Design schools. The UG and PG guides accessible for NID admissions are Bachelor of Design (BDes) and Master of Design (MDes), respectively. Earlier, NID also presented Graduate Diploma Programme in Design (GDPD) which was a UG-stage program provided at NID Andhra Pradesh, NID Madhya Pradesh, NID Haryana, and NID Assam.
Based on an aspirant’s performance in NID Entrance Exam, he/she can impervious admission at seven NID campuses which are located at Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, Vijayawada, Kurukshetra, Bhopal, and Jorhat.
BDes direction supplied by way of NID campuses is of 4 years duration.
