Candidates will be able to pick their desired exam center when filling out the application form. Candidates can make their choice based on proximity and comfort. The exam will be administered in 21 different cities. The conducting authority will produce a list of exam centers. There will be NID DAT Exam Centres listings for both the prelims and mains exams.

The prelim exam is scheduled to take place in the second week of January 2024. Candidates should be informed that exam centers will be assigned not only based on choice, but also on a first come, first served basis.
The earlier students register for the exam, the more likely it is that they will be assigned to their favorite NID DAT exam centers in 2024.

The test administration will announce a list of NID DAT exam centers for the mains exam in 2024. The mains test will very certainly take place in April 2024. To be considered for the mains test, candidates must pass the preliminary exam. Following the release of preliminary test results, the list of chosen applicants and their exam locations will be determined. In 2024, the mains exam will be held in the following NID DAT testing locations.
