Student housing will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. By adding numerous amenities to the dormitory buildings on both campuses, the college has thought about the welfare of its students. Separate residential buildings have been set aside for restricted triple-sharing on-campus housing for boys and girls.

Fee: Rs.1,57,500/- regular dorms for boys and girls on the campuses of Bidholi and Kandoli.
The Kandoli campus is the only location where certain additional amenities are accessible to female students. The price for that is listed below.
A hostel room with an attached bathroom costs Rs. 1,75,750. (only for girls)
A hostel room with an attached bathroom and air conditioning costs Rs. 1,97750. (girls)
At registration, students must also pay a Rs. 10,000 interest-free refundable Hostel Security Fee in addition to the hostel expenses. Students who want to use the UPES Dehradun hostel facilities must provide a medical certificate and a police verification report. The student will never receive a refund if he or she decides not to use the hostel services.
The campuses of UPES University also include a playground, sports facilities, open labs, common reading rooms, and other leisure amenities. Events like the Athletics Meet, Annual Blood Donation Camp, UURJA Annual Youth Festival, Uurja Club Volleyball Tournament, Athletics Meet, Handball Tournament, Anti-Substance Abuse Campaign, etc. are often held on the university campus.
