For campus placements, companies can register. They are welcome to visit the campus for the placement procedure after a confirmed time and date have been provided.
Before the on-campus placement, which is regarded as a job offer, businesses might make students a pre-placement offer. These offers may be based on the internships, training, or projects that the students have completed at the mentioned company. Companies may notify NID of such offers made through the regulated Industry Mentor Feedback Form given by the institute in order to ensure that students offered PPO are not permitted to participate in subsequent Placement processes and that everyone has an equal opportunity.
The new UCEED curriculum aims to provide students with a wide range of knowledge and experiences that will hopefully cultivate a desire and capacity for lifelong learning and position them well in these turbulent times of change. Industry engagement is envisioned as a learning process that exposes students to a real-world workplace as part of an academic curriculum, assisting them in developing and enhancing their academic, personal, and professional competencies as well as a deeper understanding of the ethics and values that set a good professional apart. Regulation of students' exposure to the business environment as part of the course curriculum forms a substantial portion of the engagement programme.
Through discussions, workshops, and interactions with internal experts, renowned academicians, industrialists, and UCEED Alumni, a revised curriculum structure for UCEED was developed. This curriculum structure anticipated the necessity and importance of Industry engagement through
1. Interaction in the classroom with business executives and alumni
2. sponsored educational initiatives
3. commercial visits
4. exposure to shows and events
5. Internships
6. joint research projects provide hands-on training in an industrial setting. Planning Industry Engagements and scheduling them in conjunction with the industry as per the demand to carry out the new curriculum in the UG & PG Programmes offered by UCEED and its campuses will be crucial to this new viewpoint.
Few colleges in the world can match UCEED's four years of providing students with the confidence and self-worth necessary to believe they are capable of achieving anything, which explains why most UCEED graduates find jobs very quickly. It permanently alters both your life and who you are. If you immerse yourself in it and remain committed, of course, every faculty member, course, and facility at UCEED is designed to help you become the greatest version of yourself and to provide a solid basis for being a reasonable and sound designer.
