A Bachelor of Design (B.Des) in User-Centered Interaction Design, or UID, is a professional degree that prepares students for careers in the field of design and user experience (UX). With a UID degree, you may be able to pursue a number of different job opportunities, including:
UX Designer: UX designers use research, testing, and design skills to create intuitive and user-friendly products and interfaces.
User Researcher: User researchers conduct user studies and interviews to understand user needs and behavior, and use this information to inform the design of products and interfaces.
Interaction Designer: Interaction designers focus on how users interact with a product or service, and design the flow and behavior of interfaces to make them easy and intuitive to use.
User Experience Writer: User experience writers create content that helps users understand and use a product or service, such as user manuals, help documents, and on-screen messages.
Information Architect: Information architects design the structure and organization of websites and other digital products, creating navigation systems and content hierarchies that make it easy for users to find what they need.
