Job Description

Chokore (चौकोर- www.chokore.com) is a 4.5- year old startup focussing on fashion accessories for men and women (www. chokore.com) with over 2000 SKU's in our portfolio. We aspire to be the most preferred consumer brand in the personal accessory space by 2025, through a unique mix of marketing, product differentiation, and consumer experience.

We are looking at the position of Web & Graphic Designer: based out of our office in Gurgaon.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree (or two-year technical degree)

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree (or two-year technical degree)
• Must be able to be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience with online creative/marketing campaigns
• Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work to strict deadlines
• Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator and an understanding of the limitations and opportunities of current web technologies
• Strong communication skills with a team-first attitude
• You thrive in fast-paced environments, are flexible, and able to roll with changing scenarios
• Experience with an E-Commerce company is a big plus
• You’re detail-oriented, someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets the job done
• Strong aesthetic skills, creative problem solving, extensive experience in optimizing/compressing graphics
• Solid understanding of cross-platform browser compatibility issues and image-optimization for the web
• Knowledge of human factors and innovative user interface methodologies a plus
• Must have a strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

Roles & Responsibilities

• Be responsible for managing the creation and execution of online marketing initiatives
• Interface with Product Marketing/Digital teams
• Create print and web graphics, banners, landing pages, and webpages
• Design User Interfaces across all platforms (web and mobile)
• Give expert design advice on projects and make recommendations for improving existing design material
• Create and apply brand guidelines
• Work under the direction of other internal Marketing teams in addition to the Social Media Team
• Update/Redesign corporate presentations
• Track promotional schedules and ensure content remains current
