India Design ID, India's most prestigious decor and design event, is set to delight its distinguished guests with a one-of-a-kind experience from February 23-26, 2023, at NSIC Grounds in New Delhi. The four-day spectacle will feature an unprecedented global meeting, honoring design and aesthetics and displaying design artifacts.
Introducing New Elements
This year, India Design ID 2023 introduces new elements to its fans, including ID Hunar and Living Traditions, as well as a new pavilion ID Collectibles. Hunar, curated by Shabnam Gupta and Preeti Singh, features 20 methods, innovations, and crafts investigated by India's leading building and interior design firms.
Exhibiting the work of well-known designers and builders
It proudly showcases the work of renowned designers and architects such as Ashiesh Shah, Abin Design Studio, Ravi Vazirani Studio, Studio Lotus, The Busride Studio, ClaY Architecture, Sanjyt Singh, Dipen Gada & Associates, Saka Studio, Anagram, and others, highlighting the diverse design expressions they bring to their projects. Furthermore, see Living Traditions, a one-of-a-kind show organized by Farah Siddiqui and Natasha Mehta. This pottery exhibition features the work of some of India's most prominent female clay artists.
Priceless works of art, history, and culture
These ceramicists created items that are now cherished artifacts of art, history, and culture, ranging from elaborately painted patterns to highly polished bowls, animal figurines, and totems. The exhibition Living Traditions honors the continuing contribution of female ceramicists in India who are driven by ingenuity and perseverance.
First-ever ID Collectibles Pavillion by the Director of Strategy
At ID 2023, India Design ID will also debut its first-ever ID Collectibles Pavillion, designed by Misha Bains, Director of Strategy. This exclusive segment combines modern design with traditional craftsmanship and offers a look into India's ever-changing design landscape. It includes limited-edition products from Atelier Ashiesh Shah, Klove, Pinakin Studio, BeatRoot Co, Stem Design, Design in Dukaan, and Josmo, all of which are accessible to design enthusiasts, collectors, and the community.
