Officials at Hyderabad's National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) have announced that admissions are now available for the academic year beginning in July 2023.
Admissions are now being accepted for the academic year starting in July 2023, according to representatives of Hyderabad's National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT). The Joint Director highlights that the last day to register online without paying a late fee is December 31.
On Saturday, NIFT Joint Director L. Madan Kumar Reddy spoke at a press conference in this location and noted that the institute, which is overseen by the Ministry of Textiles, offers a variety of undergraduate courses, including the Design Stream - Bachelor of Design, which covers fashion design, textile design, knitwear design, accessory design, leather design, and fashion communication. Bachelor of Fashion Technology will be available in the Technology Stream. He also added admission is now available for P.G. programs including Master of Design, Master of Fashion Technology (M.F. Tech), and Master of Fashion Management (MFM).
The Joint Director also advised interested students to register online by December 31 for all admissions methods. The first week of January 2023 is the deadline for online registration with a late charge of 5,000. Additionally, according to the officials, there will be a time for editing/updating the application form during the second week of January 2023, and admit cards (online) will be distributed during the third week of January. On February 5, a Computer Based Test (CBT) entrance test will be administered for all undergraduate and graduate programs.
Using their registered user ID and password on the admission portal, candidates can access the question papers with the answer key during the second week of February 2023, according to Mr. Madan Kumar Reddy. He stated that the admission exam results would be made public in March 2023. Group discussion/interview tests will be administered in April 2023. He further noted that the final results would be announced online in May 2023.
Mr Reddy also mentioned that students can apply online Here. He said that NIFT also holds counseling sessions in a number of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana cities.
