Position -Manager - Video Production and Animation\Graphic Designer

Experience - 6-12 yrs in Video Editing, and Motion Graphics

(Must have • Experience with the Adobe creative suite, specifically, Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Final Cut Pro)

Any Graduate

Any post Graduate

Qualification

• Background in graphic design, knows principles of visual designs, knows latest design trends, knows how to use typography, colors and geometry
• Has strong English language, grammar and vocabulary skills
• Pays high attention to detail margins, colors, font sizes/weights, spell check, grammar, formatting and layouts
• Understands basics of marketing and branding so they can apply client specific or our branding
• Highly skilled in Power Point, Photoshop and illustrator
• A portfolio demonstrating pitch and sales decks
• Can take feedback and inputs from sales and technical teams
• Is iterative and agile in their workflow

Roles & Responsibilities

• Produce creative assets including motion graphics, layouts and visual standards form different online activities across multiple channels. These include web, social media, events campaigns, and other activities.
• Handle postproduction team and understand clients need to give best in quality results.
• Convert written scripts to voice over files to be used on videos.
• Create visual assets such as motion graphics, gifs, etc., to be used as aides in promotional videos.
• Adhere to (and improve on) workflow standard and archival of all video assets - back up all footage and final output.
• Research music to be used on videos.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines at once.
• Create various content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
• Create product explainer, promotional and ads videos when required for the app, media, etc.
• Develop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelines.
• Turning ideas into visuals across media to communicate our brand to the users.
• Create visually stunning video assets and content
• Collaborate with creative teams and other colleagues to best support larger media goals.
• Help bring new ideas for content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design and animation.
• Expected to be able to create video by working on and creating still designs as well (on a need basis) using graphic design software.
• Innovate new and exciting visuals that can capture attention of the Internal and External Audience.
• Strategise and execute plan the whole process from pre-production to the post production
