Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer with 4-5 years of experience and 3D visualizer with 4-5 years of experience required. Candidate should be well versed in space planning of projects and Good knowledge of working with AutoCAD.

Candidate is expected to have an overview of the site work on regular basis to ensure smooth workflow.

Education

•  B. Arch/Graduate/Diploma in Interior Design from any reputed College/Institute.

Qualification

• Have a strong interest and understanding of Space Planning and Design Concept development.
• Should have an excellent passion about the design they create and should be able to convince the client on it.
• Advanced presentation Skills using PowerPoint or any other preferred software.
• Experience in Site coordination with client and exposure to vendor interactions.
• Confident in speaking with clients and vendors.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in working on software like AutoCAD, 3DSMax, Photoshop, MS Office etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Candidate is expected to meet deadlines and maintain quality of deliverables.
• Assisting Clients with Material selections & finishes by visiting various Vendor Outlets.
• Releasing GFC Documents for Site execution.
• Preparation off mood board chart.
• A team player, diligent, well-spoken and efficient to work as a Team.
• Make high quality 3D Drawings in 3D max and Corona based on the requirements of the clients and the project and as per the proper briefs.
• Making conceptual PPT presentation with downloads from internet.
• Co-ordination with design team & Project Heads / Associates.
