Job Description

360 Interior Designs (India) Pvt Ltd is looking for an Architect cum Interior designer.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
• 5-10 years experience in handling multiple RETAIL or HOSPITALITY projects and should have wide design and detail knowledge.
• Experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, furniture and mixed use preferred with portfolio
• Project management experience.
• Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3dx Max or similar design software.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning
• Able to develop and present design concepts
• Creative eye for detail in preparation of design presentation materials

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs. (RETAIL & HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY)
• Have experience in GC drawing sets.
• Meets with clients to program the project requirements.
• Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
• Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard)
• Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparations)
• Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
• Holds project expertise in Creating BOQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
• Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members
