Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop & Sketchup 3D Modeling
- Desirable: Revit, 3DS MAX

Basic Design & Drawings
i) Collaborate & support project team
ii) Preparation of drawings, layout & presentations
iii) Actively participate & contribute in ideation & design discussions
Detailed Design & Modelling, Quantification Support
i) Develop detailed designs and models
ii) Assist in identifying specifications & quantification of materials for tender preparation.
Vendor/ Consultant Co-ordination
i) Timely Monitoring and follow-up with vendors /consultants
ii) Supporting consultants co-ordination & incorporate engineering services into the design
Construction Documentation & Constructability
i) Ensure logical, error free and complete documentation related to construction - Good for Construction
ii) Ensure constructability of GFC's prior to release for proposed plan
iii) Ensure all drawings / files are as per in house standards & follow proper folder management
Project Presentation
i) Prepare & compile information for submission
ii) Explore graphical & innovative techniques for presentations
iii) Support in Presentation of project to clients
