Education

• Bachelor's (Required)

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a minimum of five years experience is a MUST

Roles & Responsibilities

• preparing working drawings, site layout, plans, elevations, sections and details.
• knowledge of planning regulations of NMMC/UDCPR.
• good knowledge of AutoCAD and Google Sketchup.
• able to understand architectural, structural, MEP, landscape drawings, project specifications etc. to work with assigned consultants for the project and ensuring the drawing delivery at site on time.
• liaison with civic bodies/related consultants for timely approvals of the project essentials whenever necessary.
• develop designs, as per the relevant regulations.
• should be able to not only formulate the design but also present for discussion.
• dealing with staff and sub-contractors and ensuring quality is met.
• managing client interaction and promoting positive relationships.
• ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
