Job Description

 Preferably a 3 to 5+ Years expereinced registered architect (with the COUNCIL OF ARCHITECTURE, INDIA) who has general experience working in the field of architecture, to lead or be part of the project team, including consultants and other staff within the office, contributing to all phases of architectural projects and aspects of office management.

Education

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Qualification

1. Reasonable design and documentation skills and general proficiency with design-related software both 2D & 3D(BIM preferable)

2. General proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Word, Excel and Power- Point and good communication skills, both orally and in writing with reasonable level of arithmetic and mathematical skill.

3. Detail orientation and structured approach combined with an ability to prioritize work; highly organized and proactive & demonstrated communication and presentation skills, with an abili- ty to express high-levelconcepts efficiently and effectively to a wide range of audience

Roles & Responsibilities

1. undertake general office tasks and help with the efficient running of the office
2. develop and maintain design integrity
3. coordinate your work with that of other staff, consultants and ecosystem partners
4.  coordinate design development and/or produce error free existing conditions drawings, sanction drawings and documentation, construction drawings, construction specifications and schedules
5. contribute to presentation drawings and other presentation materials Independently
6. communicate and/or meet with clients, town planners, consultants, and builders on site
7. coordinate, integrate, review and evaluate the work of sub consultants & attend site meetings prior to and during construction
8. ensure the incorporation of relevant planning and construction codes, standards and regulations into design Concepts and Documentation.
9. conduct tenders, negotiate contracts and administer building contracts
10. respond to builder and client queries during, before and after construction
11. Report every step minutely to thr Directors
