Job Description

Architect EXPERIENCE: 0-4YRS

Project Architect EXPERIENCE: 4-7 YRS

Education

  • Bachelors and/or Masters’ Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Qualification

  • 4-7 years of relevant design and project handling experience from concept till completion.
  • Bachelors and/or Masters’ Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Exhibits a Design Centric and Research oriented approach
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, grace, and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate ability to build relationships with Consultants, Vendors and Client representatives
  • The architect should be well versed in architectural standards/processes and sustainability standards such as GRIHA/LEED/ECBC/ WELL
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentations skills – written, oral and graphic.
  • Propensity for problem-solving, creative strategy development and sustainable design.
  • Strong, proven leadership; highly motivated to foster team performance, skills and spirit.
  • Thorough knowledge of and compliance with Morphogenesis procedures and standards
  • Applications will not be considered without uploaded portfolio/work samples
  • Should be able to work on REVIT.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong conceptual, design and graphic skills with the ability to express ideas quickly, clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking
  • Have a clear understanding of the Firm’s Design Philosophy
  • Refer to different sources (internal/external) for reference materials to increase knowledge and stay abreast with global standards of design and technological advancements.
  • Have a clear understanding of how Façade engages with Interiors, and Landscape.
  • Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development and ensure project goals in design, execution, and sustainability are met.
  • Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents
  • Stay in constant touch with vendors, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
  • Maintain project manual and specifications (PID)
  • Conduct and document site visits and RFI’s during construction
  • Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts
  • Develop internal and client presentations
  • Take responsibility, where required by Team Lead, for specific areas of the design and project development.
