FreshBox Media is an 9 year-old entity that is creating its niche in healthcare, BFSI, banking, and FMCG marketing through digital channels. We are looking for a talented Art Director to join our team.
· Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Fine Arts or Commercial arts or B.Des
· Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Fine Arts or Commercial arts or B.Des
· Proven experience as a Art Director or similar role.
· Ability to critically communicate and persuade around design concepts.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· High level of attention to detail.
· Responsible for managing and supporting a team of graphic designers to bring concepts, presentations, and prototypes to life.
· Collaborate on the ideation and development of innovative marketing campaigns.
· Working with other members of the art department to evaluate client or company needs, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for ad campaigns.
· Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
· Strong conceptual, graphic design, type, and page layout skills for projects ranging.
· Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media.
