Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, ambitious Communication Designer with a strong sense of aesthetics to join our team! You will apply those insights using your design skills to map out a vision for an ideal-state experience.

Education

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, or related field
• An impressive portfolio/website/blog
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with layout, typography, color, and other design principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem solver with an analytical bent of mind
• Proven track record of producing high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Ability to take direction and feedback constructively, and make necessary revisions in a timely manner
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
• Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills a plus
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles

Roles & Responsibilities

• Designing websites or mobile apps, including creating wireframes and user interface designs
• Design and produce high-quality communications materials, including but not limited to newsletters, brochures, website content, social media graphics, email campaigns, and annual reports
• Preparing digital or printed presentations that visually convey information about products or services
• Conducting research on target audiences to determine the best approach for a campaign or project
• Reviewing advertising campaigns to ensure they meet regulatory standards for truth in advertising and compliance with industry practices
• Analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Work with clients and team members to develop creative concepts that meet objectives and exceed expectations
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and timely delivery
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices
