Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Communications Designer to join our team. The Communications Designer will be responsible for translating complex ideas and information into visually compelling and engaging designs across various mediums. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in graphic design, visual storytelling, and brand communication.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design and visual storytelling across various mediums.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
• Experience in creating designs for both print and digital platforms is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to conceptualize and create visual designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, infographics, presentations, social media assets, and website graphics.
• Develop visually captivating designs that effectively communicate the brand message, values, and offerings to the target audience.
• Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to create high-quality designs and layouts.
• Maintain and evolve the brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual identity across all communication channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual communication, and integrate them into design projects.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies, ensuring quality and timely delivery of design projects, as needed.
