We are looking for a creative and talented Concept Designer to join our retail design agency. As a Concept Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts and strategies that align with the client's brand and business objectives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, project managers, and production teams, to ensure that all design concepts are executed with excellence.
· Bachelor's degree in design, visual arts, or a related field

· Proven experience as a Concept Designer, preferably in a retail design agency or similar environment
· Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other design software
· Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
· Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
. Knowledge of industry trends and emerging design technologies
· Develop and execute design concepts for retail spaces, including window displays, pop-up shops, and store layouts
· Conduct research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and brand identity to inform design decisions
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design concepts align with client goals and project requirements
· Create detailed sketches, renderings, and prototypes to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
· Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders into design iterations
· Develop design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across multiple retail locations
· Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies
