Job Description

• Ensures a complete understanding of stakeholders' creative objectives and needs and works in the same direction.
• Serves as project lead on graphic design projects as assigned by stakeholders.
• Projects include Branding, Infographics, Training Content, Flyer/Brochures, Multi-page Booklet, E-books, Posters, Emails/Newsletters, Training Videos.
• Maintains quality, consistency, and brand guidelines of all projects
• Implements solutions with good artistry that fellow designers or team members can easily absorb.
• Collaborating with multifunctional teams (marketing, sales, engineering, etc.) to bring out absolutely aligned brand creatives.
• Creating checklists and roadmaps for fellow designers to follow and abide by.
• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
• Work with subject matter experts and identify the target audiences training needs
• State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
• Decide on the criteria for judging learners performance and develop assessment instruments.
• Maintain project documentation and course folders
• Act as the central point for all content-related requirements

Any Graduate

Qualification

Content Management (Print / Online / Electronic)

Roles & Responsibilities

.Minimum of 2 years of experience in training content development.

2.Be able to quickly deliver strong designs during rapid, iterative processes and multitask in a fast-paced environment

3.Mastery of Adobe CC suite (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

4.Should have knowledge and experience in Video editing tools

5.Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

6.At ease managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, working individually, and collaborating across teams.

7.Excellent eye for detail.

8.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines

9.Open to learning new tools and processes.
