We are seeking a talented and experienced Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a creative eye, exceptional design skills, and the ability to create visually appealing designs for corrugated boxes and other marketing materials. In addition to design skills, the candidate should be capable of delivering excellent customer service, managing customer requests, inquiries, and complaints, and have a good understanding of social media tools.
Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
- Experience in creating designs for corrugated boxes and packaging materials.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage customer requests, inquiries, and complaints effectively.
- Good understanding of social media tools and their role in marketing and design promotion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in graphic design and customer service roles is a plus.
