Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and talented Creative Designer to join our marketing agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual designs for a wide range of marketing campaigns, from concept to execution.

Education

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Qualification

• Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role, with a portfolio of successful designs
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of design best practices and industry standards
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas
• Ability to work well in a team environment, with the flexibility to work independently when needed
• Experience in a marketing agency is preferred, but not required

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs that effectively communicate the client's message and brand identity
• Collaborate with the copywriting team to ensure visual and written content are aligned
• Create and design engaging visual content for a variety of channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertising
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded
• Present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into final designs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
