Have at least a bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.

Qualification

• Have at least a bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
• Have 4+ years of design experience, with a preference for experience in pharmaceutical design.
• Be good at using design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Work well in a global team, even if people are in different time zones.
• Really like designing for healthcare and pharmaceuticals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in creating packaging designs that work globally.
• Work with commercial teams to make sure designs follow US and global rules.
• Create models for studies to see how people use the packaging. Analyze data and propose design solutions to minimize use errors.
• Work with teams Global Labelling/EMRC/ Artwork Coordinators/Local Operating Companies to ensure global packaging compliance and quality.
• Work with packaging engineers to make sure designs meet what customers need.
