Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Design and Development manager. As the manager, you will act as the leader of the design team and oversee the working of the entire department. You will coordinate with clients, understand their requirements, manage and complete tasks efficiently and effectively, drive creative thinking, and monitor the development of your team.

Education

• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field

Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field
• At least 4-5 years of experience as senior level designer or min. 3 years of experience in the publishing or packaging industry
• Strong creative skills and vision to turn briefs into projects
• comprehensive knowledge of design softwares- Adobe Photoshop, Premier pro, In design, etc.
• Good organizational, communication, leadership, and managerial skills
• Ability to solve complex design problems and find effective solutions

Roles & Responsibilities

• Leading the team to understand and manage customer requirements
• Provide creative solutions to clients on how they can enhance their products and save costs
• Designing books, packaging boxes, and promotional materials for clients
• Creating graphic design layouts for small and large printing machines
• Planning of jobs ahead of the schedule for the smooth and effective flow of operations
• Coordinating with the relevant departments to understand the design requirements
