Job Description

We are seeking a creative and passionate game designer to join our team. As a game designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing engaging gameplay experiences, characters, environments, and mechanics for video games. You will work closely with a team of developers, artists, and programmers to bring your ideas to life.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in game design, computer science, or a related field

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in game design, computer science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in game design, preferably in the video game industry
• Strong knowledge of game design principles and mechanics
• Proficiency in game design software such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively and collaborate with team members
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Passion for video games and the gaming industry

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and pitch game ideas to the team
• Create detailed game design documentation, including storyboards, level layouts, and game mechanics
• Collaborate with artists, programmers, and other team members to ensure that game designs are feasible and implementable
• Prototype and iterate on game mechanics and gameplay systems
• Create and maintain a cohesive and engaging game world
• Analyze user feedback and playtest data to refine gameplay mechanics and balance
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies to inform design decisions
