Education

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Qualification

• Minimum of 3/4 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design and animation work across different styles and mediums.
• Creative flair and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative design concepts.
• Attention to detail in both design and animation, ensuring a polished final product.
• Strong English communication skills (Written and Verbal) to collaborate effectively with team members and understand project requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Adaptability to incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed.
• Passion for staying updated on design trends and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Enthusiasm for pushing the boundaries of design and motion to create captivating visual experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create compelling and visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and animations that align with brand aesthetics across various platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions for a range of projects, including social media campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
• Develop motion graphics and animations that enhance storytelling and effectively convey messages.
• Maintain consistency in design across all materials, adhering to brand guidelines and objectives.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and producing high-quality designs.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design elements into broader marketing initiatives.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and other relevant tools for design and animation projects.
