The Graphic Designer will be partially responsible for coordinating and creating all graphic needs for medical communications and the pharmaceutical industry. This person will be the point person on the creation of all graphic needs and illustrations for specific projects as dictated by the creative department to include logos, medical designs, and PowerPoint presentations.
The ideal candidate has an existing educational background in graphic design skills. Understanding knowledge of medical communications and pharmaceuticals is also a highly valuable skill.
Candidates should have basic graphics skills and a working familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint. The candidate will also be detail-oriented, a self-starter, a creative thinker, a team player, and a strong communicator.

- Formal training in graphic design, a passion for the craft, and attention to detail.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software.
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Develop design exploration assets, and mood boards for pitches or client presentations to help determine the direction of a project.
- Research and keep abreast of emerging design trends and practices.
- Working within brand guidelines to update and implement custom PowerPoint presentations.
- Converting and enhancing slides from existing presentations that will become key referential slides (used over and again in different presentations/documents) and developing new slides as required.
