We are an IT company looking for a Graphic cum UI Designer. 

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and UI/UX design
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma
• Experience in designing responsive websites and mobile applications
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• Experience in creating animations and motion graphics

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and create graphics for a variety of mediums such as print, web, and mobile applications
• Develop UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and define design requirements
• Translate business requirements and user needs into innovative design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and user flows
• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for consistency across all platforms
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to other team members
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
