Job Description

At Baatu, we are seeking a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand digital graphics.

Your role includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics. You’ll shape the visuals of Baatu for our Social Media platforms, Websites, Offline and Online Marketing, and all aspects of their advertising and communication.

Good graphics capture attention and convey the right message. You need creativity and the ability to interpret requirements. Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must. If you have these qualities, we want to meet you.

Education

Bachelor's(Preferred)

Qualification

  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • A strong portfolio of Social Media work, illustrations, UI or other graphics
  • An expert with Figma and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Design for all our social media platforms, advertisements, offline promotions, and websites.
  • Develop illustrations and other designs using software or by hand
  • Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with the marketing team and produce the final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Have some working knowledge of lighting and composition of photos
  • Awareness of the Top, Middle and Bottom part of the Sales Funnel for online advertising
  • A person with good use of English and excellent grammar
