Qualification

• Proven Experience in Brochure designing, social media posts, blog posts
• Great understanding of design layouts and passionate to learn new things.
• Updated with latest typography trends and styles.
• Highly punctual and able to deliver beautiful work under the given timeline.
• Proven Work experience of Illustrator, Sketch, CorelDraw and Photoshop is desired.
• Able to visualize concepts and translate them into creative artwork.
• Have a strong portfolio that showcases their individual designing skills.
• Designing experience of various visual contents like images, videos, gifs, and infographics etc.
• Documentation skills to maintain PSD, AI, SVG files with proper naming conventions so that other team members can access it easily.
• Should have a creative approach to designing different kinds of visual contents.
• Understanding of the latest designing trends to create graphics as per the current industry standards.
• Must be able to complete the assigned task within a stipulated timeline.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare design mock-ups and collaborate with the seniors for its approval.
• Design relevant, original and quality visual content as per the requirements.
• Use color combination schemes and relevant fonts to create various kinds of graphics.
• Build various design templates for a single task to provide multiple options to the senior manager to choose the best one.
• Work closely with the team marketers to understand the project requirements.
• Review the final layout and suggest amendments to make it more eye-catching as well as informative.
