Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team at CIED Cochin.

Education

● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.

Qualification

● Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.

● 1 - 2 years of experience in professional graphic/visual design .

● Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop).

● Desire to continue building skill set with education and training.

● Good time management skill.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good To Have:

● Knowledge of UI design tool (eg: Figma, Adobe XD)

● Experience with both print and digital media.

● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.

● Blogging or other creative work involvement is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

●Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, newsletters, and marketing materials.

● Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations.

● Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.

● Design graphic UI elements.

● Work independently and collaborate with the marketing team as and when required.

● Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
