This creative role is a demanding one, but will be hugely rewarding for the right candidate.
A minimum of 2-4 years’ agency experience. who has showcased in-depth design and creativity.
Education
Be educated to a degree level or equivalent in design.
Qualification
- Have hands-on experience of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Be educated to a degree level or equivalent in design.
- Have the ability to work well under pressure, prioritising workload with efficiency Work closely with product managers and engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.
- Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
Roles & Responsibilities
- As a Graphic Designer or UI/UX Design, you will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the design process and have an extensive portfolio of design work.
- Develop creative ideas into engaging design solutions. Must be an enthusiastic and dedicated graphic designer, with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Excellent attention to detail Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research Identify new product improvement opportunities.
- Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences. Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions. Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences. Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
