Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual designs for a variety of mediums including print, digital, and web. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and the ability to create visually compelling designs that meet the needs of our clients. The Graphic Designer will work closely with our marketing team, project managers, and clients to ensure all design projects are completed on time and to the highest quality.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

• 1+ year of experience in graphic design or related field.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, etc.

• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience in a variety of mediums.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design best practices is a plus.

• Experience with video production and motion graphics is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and design visual content for print, digital, and web mediums including but not limited to logos, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, web graphics, and email campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.

• Maintain and update the company's branding and design standards.

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and target audience to inform design decisions.

• Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure all design projects are aligned with their needs and expectations.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and software to ensure the company is using the most innovative design practices.
