Education

Diploma (Preferred)

Qualification

• Posses great thumbnail-making skills (i.e.- telling the story of the entire script through a clickable thumbnail)
• Knowledge about design elements, color, composition, layouts, upcoming design trends, and so forth
• Understanding of YouTube market trends and target demographics
• Experience using image-design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• A very keen and a fast learner
• 0-3 years of graphic designing and thumbnail-making experience in Adobe Photoshop.

Roles & Responsibilities

•  Work with team members and Content writers, to ensure a great vision/ story is set for the thumbnail, which makes it very informative, appealing, and clickable.
• Post the vision is ready, make a high-quality and engaging thumbnail based on the vision, that also matches the visual aesthetics.
•  Analyze the feedback given by team leads and create strategies to improve your performance.
• Stay up to date with new strategies and practices for Thumbnail Creation.
