Education

Bachelor’s degree in any faculty.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any faculty.
• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present and explain design concepts.
• Experience with video editing software is a plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with web design and development concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Graphic Design:
• Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for print and digital media, including but not limited to social media graphics, banners, brochures, and web design.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all brand materials.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Brand Development:
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand's visual identity.
• Ensure all design elements adhere to established brand guidelines.
• Creativity and Innovation:
• Bring fresh and creative ideas to the table, staying updated on design trends and industry best practices.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of designs.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough quality checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Address feedback and make necessary revisions in a timely manner.
