Job Description

Directly responsible for the overall design and illustrative/graphic /visuals for catalogues/packaging designs/display or professional journal. Works collaboratively with the department head and/or contributing to realize a final product.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required.
• 2-4 years design experience required.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong multi-tasking, time management and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal/human relations skills.
• Strong judgment and decision making abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
• Creation of effective and efficient show-marketing graphic designs and participate in communications with client and liaisons, as appropriate.
• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
• Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
• Testing graphics across various media
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Works on special projects, initiatives, promotions and other programs as needed at the direction of the reporting Manager.
• Assists Marketing department as a whole with other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager and reporting Manager.
