Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, or interior design, or equivalent experience

Qualification

  • Proven graphic designing experience.
  • Ability to design engaging creatives
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  • Highly proficient in all design aspects
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
  • Should be skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign. Knowledge in AdobePremiere Pro and after-effects will be of added advantage
  • Creative and an out-of-the-box thinker
  • Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Competent to handle various tasks and work in a high-pressure environment
  • Should also be able to conceptualize and supervise shoots
  • Strong designing background along with experience in articulation and conceptualization
  • Experience working with WordPress templates
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
  • Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Designing a wide variety of layouts and illustrations for marketing material, online media and print products
  • Adapting designs into various finished products including but not limited to logos, mailers, brochures, leaflets, advertisement creative, website mock-ups, social media, creatives for websites, promotional campaign
  • Come up with new innovations that can be implemented in our website/retail stores/printed collateral/ advertising campaign.
  • Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
  • Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes the management team, marketers and product managers in order to create compelling designs.
