Qualification

- Creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is advantageous.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and design requirements.
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing and effective design solutions for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital and print assets.
- Develop and design graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, infographics, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Translate marketing and branding strategies into visually compelling designs that convey key messages and maintain brand consistency.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that design work remains current and innovative.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to create cohesive and engaging content.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Prepare design files for production and provide specifications for printing and digital output as needed.
- Maintain organized design files and assets for easy access and future reference.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of design guidelines and brand standards.
