L.G. Home Comfort (LGHC) is a Canadian HVAC company that was established in 2017. With a family-run approach, LGHC extends that level of delicate touch to its customers and treats every home we walk into as if it were our own.
We are starting our Indian division to support our North American operations in April 2024, first location will be in Andheri.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools and techniques.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to generate innovative design solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus.
- Passion for design and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects, including but not limited to: marketing materials, social media content, website designs, branding collateral, and print advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, clients, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Translate concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the intended message.
- Create and edit images, illustrations, and other visual elements using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Maintain brand consistency across all design assets and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare final artwork files for production and oversee printing processes when necessary.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
