Job Description

A creative and talented graphic designer with experience in designing media for digital and web products is required to join an innovative design team at Rekhta Foundation. You will be involved in the creation of a wide spectrum of design for social media and other digital marketing channels for several of its brands.

Education

UG : Any Graduate

PG : Any Postgraduate

Qualification

• 3-5 years of experience developing creative assets for social media campaigns or web products as part of a digital agency or an in house marketing team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for Windows experienced in creating designs from ground up in Photoshop and Illustrator and a low dependence on stock assets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and visualize content for all social media platforms, website, events and blogs.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
• A knowledge of leading social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Snapchat, Tiktok) will be an added advantage.
• A knack for picking up visual identities, understanding why they work and switching between them quickly.
• Motion graphics expertise is a huge plus.
