1. Experience of 2-3 years of hands on experience is must.
2. Qualification: Any graduate/diploma or higher degree in multimedia.
3. Knowledge of designing softwares is a mandatory skill and wide knowledge of handling various picture formats for digital media is a must.
4. Should have very god command over Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.

1. She shall study the design briefs and determine the quality and budget requirements.
2. She needs to understand company’s requirements and design as per the company’s expectation and meet deadlines.
3. Should be able to create appealing designs and balanced layouts
4. Should be Energetic and self-driven with a strong aesthetic sense
5. Should be able to express innovative Ideas and understand the requirements
6. Ability to conceive and develop corporate branding, image, and style
7. He/she needs to visualize and develop 'out of the box' creatives.
8. He/she shall be developing concepts, graphics and layouts for branding, product illustrations, company logos and websites.
9. Shall be responsible for determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
10. Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
11. He/She shall be responsible for reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
12. She shall be responsible for liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
13. He/She shall be working closely with Brand Manager and Sales team.
14. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
15. Negotiating/Liaisoning with dealers and suppliers as per the requirement and budget of company.
