Job Description

Our ideal candidate should be a creative person driven by my passion for design. He/She should be proficient with graphic tools and have an artistic approach. Should have a deep understanding of B2B/professional designing and know how to improve when given feedback.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relevant discipline

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relevant discipline
• 1+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Knowledge of WordPress (preferred not mandatory)
• Proficiency with photo-editing software
• 1+ years' experience in design (academic + professional)
• Familiarity with Illustrator and InDesign
• Exceptional, innovative design skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Time-management

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on different projects and media using the latest software to develop innovative graphic designs that meet the company’s business goals
• Obtain input from managers and ensure that the designs meet organizational standards
• Work independently and collaborate with the marketing team as and when required.
• Study existing visuals, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities.
• Brainstorm and strategize with the marketing team toward the creation of better newsletters, presentations, programming collateral, and marketing materials
• Use trend intelligence to design and implement specific classifications.
