Must have excellent aesthetic sense
Understand creative briefs, prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
Visualize look and feel for projects as per brand guidelines.
Create images and designs in line with design and communication objectives.
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
Work as part of a team with instructional designers, copywriters, motion graphic artists, animators, etc
Should have prior experience of designing and editing software like
Creating and delivering motion graphics as well as creatives (static posters) for various media on the given deadline
Working with the marketing team to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design
Editing video and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design and video design software.
Design and create an overall look and feel for motion graphics projects.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
Create images that identify a product or convey a message.
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
