It is important that designers are familiar with current and upcoming trends in fashion, design, and social media to ensure the final product is as envisioned. Bachelor's (Preferred)
-Badass level designing skills (products, ads, banners, and all kinds of creatives)
-High-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
-Intuitive understanding of “why this design would or wouldn’t work”.
-Excellent communication skills for effective ideation.
-Open to critical feedback (everyone has an opinion, and it helps to listen!)
-Regular research on what’s popular, what people want, how we can improve our products, and improve the overall offering to customers
