We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and assist in creating professional and visually appealing learning and development materials. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate across departments to produce a wide range of projects including a brand style guide, slide decks, visuals for web display and print materials, etc
Bachelor's (Preferred)
1. Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the field of real-estate, learning and development, or a related industry.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including corporate branding, print and web graphics, and slide decks.
3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. Familiarity with design principles and an understanding of responsive design concepts.
5. Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and composition.
6. Ability to interpret complex information and transform it into visually engaging designs.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. 9. Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting project deadlines
1. Collaborate with Instructional Designer to understand project requirements, target audience, and overall objectives.
2. Create visually compelling designs in alignment with instructional strategies that enhance the learning experience and effectively communicate complex concepts, procedures, and information.
3. Develop a corporate style guide that reflects the brand identity and ensures consistent communication across all learning and development materials.
4. Design graphics and visuals for the software development team, including website banners, icons, infographics, and other digital assets.
5. Create aesthetically pleasing slide decks for presentations, training sessions, and webinars.
6. Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand content and translate it into visually appealing graphics and illustrations.
7. Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity throughout all materials.
8. Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the learning and development materials.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within specified timelines.
10. Incorporate feedback and make revisions based on stakeholder input, ensuring final deliverables meet the desired objectives.
