Job Description

Responsible for designing and developing assessments for Fashion Design and/or Interior Design programs and conducting practical assessments for the same. We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with who is good at assessments development, conducting practical learning outcomes based assessment, stakeholder management, process orientation, data collation and analysis and handling complexity.

Education

Graduate from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university with the subjects of Interior Design.

Qualification

• Graduate from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university with the subjects of Interior Design.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in assessments related to skill or education.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Organizing examination and assessments for academic & skill programs in fashion design or interior design.
• Preparing the assessment matrix based on curriculum.
• Organizing the development of question papers with the help of subject matter experts.
• Publishing academic calendar and examination schedule and adhering to it.
• Preparing and analyzing the assessment results.
• Monitoring and overseeing the formative and summative assessment conducted and suggesting improvements.
• Organizing for and coordinating with subject matter experts in the field as well as Academic Partners as and when required.
• Any other work as relevant to the Department of Academics of the University as delegated by the University management from time to time. Work with the management to establish outcomes and indicators for measuring achievement of outcomes for the various departments involved in work integrated education and skill training and assessment.
